Sorry, Specialty sets only accompany the General set because it has other forms you need.
I want to buy just a single contract.
Sorry, contracts are not sold as singles. To see which forms are available as singles, go to our Singles page.
Can I Order by Mail or Fax?
An Order form can be downloaded at the Order page or you may request one by e-mail. A check or credit card must accompany every order. We do not bill.
How do the forms come?
Upon completion of your order you download directly online to your computer. Once you have made your selection and purchase is confirmed, just follow the instructions. You will also receive an e-mail
with a link to obtain the download. This link will be available for 24-hours.
Can I get a CD?
You may order a CD and use our software on any computer under your control. This is generally not necessary unless one does not have Internet access. Any backup CD can be easily made once the forms
are downloaded. Remember, we will replace any or all your forms at any time.
Which do I need: Microsoft Word, Works, WordPerfect, NotePad?
These documents are only designed for Microsoft Word. Bringing them up in any other word processing program may result in distortions or other interference in forms. You can purchase older versions
at much less cost than the newest version.
Do these forms work with Quicken?
No (see above)
Do these forms work on Mac?
Yes. Most Macintosh Computers now include Microsoft WordŽ.
How forms work
The forms are relatively simple and straightforward to fill-in and use but if you encounter a problem a "Help" file comes with every set of forms. This file includes answers to most any
problem with the forms. You may also contact us by e-mail providing your state and the e-mail address in our records. We will replace any or all your forms at any time.
Can I use the forms out in the field?
Yes. You can print out as many copies of any of the forms as you may need.
Can I use on other computers
You may copy the software for your own business use to any computer under your control. You are encouraged to copy to a CD for easy transferring and as a backup.
Do I have to repeatedly fill out the same information?
No. You can fill out all the usual repetitive information and then "Save As" to permanently store that information on your contracts and forms.
Can I use my letterhead or company logo on the forms?
The samples show the contracts and forms and indicate the space to insert a logo or letterhead or you can customize your company information using the example provided as a guide. If you have no logo
you could insert a generic one available on the Internet or just use that for a slogan.
Can I change or edit the forms?
The Terms and Conditions of all the contracts are available for editing. You will also receive duplicate sets of Contracts and some other forms having certain sections allowing you to change font
style, color and size
Do I have to buy an annual upgrade?
We encourage it but you don't have to. Once you have purchased our software package you can Upgrade at any time as long as we can verify your original purchase. We encourage you to Upgrade
annually because that's when new laws usually take effect and that's also when we annually review court decisions affecting contracting. It's also the time we introduce any new forms,
features and improvements.
