Instructions on how best to use the forms, fill-in the header and a "Help" file come with every set.
The General set includes every contract and form. The Specialty set includes only those contracts and forms you see listed.
You will be prompted to download after ordering. It will display the download link(s). You will receive a link for each set ordered. You will also receive an immediate email with the links again display the links giving you 24 hours to download.

If you can't find the Answers here, perhaps see the Samples page where it shows each General and Specialty form and describes each. You can even go to the Order page and find answers (no order
is final until you say so).
You may purchase individual forms listed on the Singles page. Those are the only forms sold individually.
The Samples page provides a description of every contract and form you will receive in the General set. Click on any of the Specialty tabs to see the Specialty version of that same form. Specialty
forms are similar to the Generals with cosmetic and other minor changes to provide a better presentation. On the Order page after selecting state, scroll down to see all the information including a
complete list of the available Specialty sets. If you want one or more Specialties click on the check box next to each. If you want only the General set simply click Order and you will see your
shopping cart. If there's an error, follow the simple instructions. If all is well, click on the "Complete Order" button. Next you'll go to the payment page and then simply follow
the instructions to the final completion button. Wait for notice of successful completion. See "How do the forms come?" to finish the process and download your forms. Go to Top
How do the forms come?
Upon completion of your order you download directly online to your computer. Once you have made your selection and confirmed your order, a window will pop-up with the link to your General set and
a link to any set(s) of Specialty forms you may have checked-off. On the pop-up click the drop-down to indicate where your form folder(s) should go on your computer, then click "Save" on
the pop-up and your forms will download to your computer. Don't worry if you make a mistake, a "Thank You" e-mail is already in your inbox with the link(s) again available for 24-hours.

How forms work?
The forms are relatively simple and straightforward to fill-in and use but if you encounter a problem a "Help" file comes with every set of forms. This file includes answers to most any

Which do I need: Microsoft Word®, Works, WordPerfect?
These documents are designed only for Microsoft Word®. Bringing them up in any other word processing program may result in distortions or other interference in forms. If you don't have Word®,
you can purchase older versions at retail outlets or online at much less cost than the newest version. Go to Top
Can I use the forms out in the field?
Yes. You can print out as many copies of any of the forms as you may need. Go to Top
Can I get a CD?
You may order a CD and use our software on any computer under your control. This is generally not necessary unless one does not have Internet access. Any backup CD can be easily made once the
forms are downloaded. Remember, we will replace any or all your forms at any time. Go to Top
I want to buy only the Specialty set.
Specialty sets only accompany the General set because it has other forms you need. Go to Top
I want to buy just a single contract.

Can I Order by Mail or E-Mail?
An Order form can be downloaded at the Order page or you may Contact us and request one by e-mail. A check or credit card must accompany every order. Mail or attach to e-mail to address on the form. We do not bill. Go to Top
Do these forms work with Quicken?
No. The contracts and forms were developed only for Microsoft Word®. Go to Top
Do these forms work on Mac?
Yes. Most Macintosh Computers now include Microsoft Word®. Go to Top
Can I use on other computers?
We encourage you to copy the software for your own business use to any computer under your control and for easy transferring and as a backup. You may purchase a CD with your order. Also know we
will replace any or all current contracts and forms, on request. Go to Top
Do I have to repeatedly fill out the same information?
No. You can fill out all the usual repetitive information and then as you x-out you want to "Save the changes" permanently keep that information on your contracts and forms. Each time
you are ready to use a contract or form, bring it up, go to "Edit" in your toolbar and click on to "Copy To Folder" and send that copy to your customer folder [don't forget to
make a folder for each new customer first]. Now the form will be ready to complete all the customer's information. Go to Top
Can I use my letterhead or company logo on the forms?
The samples show the contracts and forms and indicate the space to insert a logo or letterhead [how to instructions come in your folder]. If you have no logo you could insert a generic one
available on the Internet or just use that space to type in a slogan. Go to Top
Can I change or edit the forms?
The Terms and Conditions of all contracts can be edited. You will also receive duplicate sets of Contracts and some other forms with sections allowing you to change font style, color, size and

Do I Need a set for each state I work in?
When ordering or looking at samples you must first select your state. Some contractors may work in adjacent states. The differences between some states may be very slight. Others may have some
unusual requirement that you may add in the Terms or Conditions or copy right on to the Addendum form. If there is some other problem that we haven't caught you should e-mail us the specifics. We

inquiries but pass on all such to our legal teams. The forms and agreements have been reviewed by attorneys and construction professionals and found to be usual, customary, and reasonable and in

It's important to know, our customers have never lost a case in court or arbitration attributable to our contracts. Even if a technicality is discovered, it's always been reported to us
that both Judges and Arbitrators alike have agreed the contracts are complete and fair to all parties. Go to Top
Do I have to buy an annual upgrade?
We encourage it but you don't have to. Once you have purchased a software set, you can Upgrade at any time as long as we can verify your original purchase. We encourage you to Upgrade annually
because that's when new laws usually take effect and that's also when we annually review court decisions affecting contracting. It's also the time we introduce any new forms, features and

Sorry, but we can not possibly make or accept telephone calls. With thousands of daily visitors to the site and customers to attend to, this would add considerably to the price of our products. We
designed the web site to cover virtually every issue. We do not take telephone orders. An order form can be downloaded on the Order page after selecting state or, we will send, on request, via
