Bid Proposal
Only to be used to provide a general understanding of the project and cost and to be followed by a formal contract.
Residential (Major) Contract
Comprehensive contract for any and all improvements to residential property, from the ground up including detailed Terms and Conditions which you may edit.
Subcontract Agreement Agreement between Prime contractor and Subcontractor or Subcontractor and Prime or Owner. Includes two sets of different detailed Terms and Conditions if you are acting as Prime or Sub. Both sets of Terms may be modified and include the hold harmless clause.

Lists employees, rate of pay, hours, work accomplished, description of
materials/supplies and quantity used, equipment, subcontractors, changes and
inspections/injuries/delays.
Preliminary Notice
