Proposal
Only to be used to provide a general understanding of the
project and cost and to be followed by a formal contract.
Residential
(major) Agreement Comprehensive contract for any and all improvements to
residential property, from the ground up including detailed Terms
and Conditions which you may edit.
Subcontract
Agreement Agreement between Prime contractor and Subcontractor or
Subcontractor and Prime or Owner. Includes two sets of different
