ABCAForms originated out of the American Building Contractors Association, which, in 1955 determined an improvement was needed in the contracts and forms being used by contractors. In addition, the necessary legal forms were created for the suppliers to the industry, those who supplied material, equipment and services.

The same excellence and attention to detail that went into the original development of those early forms continues as ABCAForms modifies and updates each contract and form to make them easy to use, compliant and expertly crafted to become the national industry standard.

ABCAForms (now privately owned) has now been on the Internet since 1997 with tens of thousands of satisfied customers in every state and territory of the United States.
